Service

By accessing or using ShowMeYourSite ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by SuperSonic Studio. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

ShowMeYourSite is a directory where founders and makers can list their websites, tools, and projects. The Service offers two listing tiers:

• Free Tier: Submit your site for queue-based listing with a nofollow link. Approval may take several weeks or months. There is no guaranteed timeline.
• Pro Tier ($29 one-time): Instant approval, permanent listing, and a do-follow backlink. Payment is processed via Polar.

You warrant that any site you submit:

• Is your own project or a project you have authority to list.
• Does not contain illegal, adult, spam, malware, or otherwise harmful content.
• Is a real, functioning website or web application.

SuperSonic Studio reserves the right to reject or remove any submission at its sole discretion without notice.

All Pro tier payments are processed by Polar, our authorized reseller. By purchasing, you agree to Polar's terms of service. SuperSonic Studio does not store your payment card details.

The ShowMeYourSite site design, logo, and codebase are owned by SuperSonic Studio. Submitted site names, descriptions, and images remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting, you grant SuperSonic Studio a non-exclusive license to display your site's name, URL, and description on the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. SuperSonic Studio makes no guarantees regarding uptime, traffic delivered to listed sites, or SEO outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSonic Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SuperSonic Studio is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

SuperSonic Studio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
