Neither is used directly by Google — they're third-party predictive scores.
Why is domain authority different from my Moz score?+
Our free DA checker uses OpenPageRank data, which is an independent measure based on publicly available link data. Moz's proprietary DA score is calculated from Moz's own crawled link index, which differs. The scores will be similar directionally but not identical. For a fully authoritative Moz DA score, you'd need to use Moz's own tools.
